Services
Accountancy Services
The main area of our services is the production of financial accounts to ascertain the profitability your business and ultimately the amount of income tax or corporation tax payable, depending on your trading entity.
We will prepare your financial accounts from the records you supply. These may be incomplete i.e cheque books, paying books and bank statements or a fully balanced set of books. Our accounts production is fully computerised and we have available a reasonably priced software package that enables you to produce monthly figures and the facility to email the data directly to us for the year end.
We can advise you on the setting up of your record keeping system which will provide a more cost effective end result when it comes to our costs.
Value Added Tax
We can provide a complete VAT recording service either on a monthly or quarterly basis depending on your requirements. We can deal with ‘Cash Accounting’ or ‘Normal invoicing’ basis of VAT. We will list all inputs and outputs and reference the supporting invoices so as to provide an organised set of records to be easily used in the production of annual financial accounts. If you use our VAT service this has a cost reduction on our production of you annual accounts as it is all done ‘in house’.
Mrs Mandy Zakis is the VAT expert and she has had many years experience in dealing with HM Revenue & Customs VAT compliance.
Value added tax is complex and onerous let us help you file your returns on time and stay in the ‘Good books’ of the VAT man!
